Tomato Salad With Red, Onion, Dill and Feta

 A fresh veg forward, full of beautiful colors, and juicy flavor salad from the land of Greece! To you observant viewers you will noticed I forgot to add the Feta on the episode this was featured! Previously making this dish it really ties it together even more!

Ingredients:

- ½ Red Onion (very thinly about 2 oz)

- 1 Garlic Clove Minced

- ¼ cup red wine

- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil 

- Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste. 

- 1 Red Bell Pepper,cut into ½ slices then diced 

- ⅓ of an English cucumber thinly sliced (¼ pound)

- ¼ cup torn basil leaves 

- 1 pound grape tricolor tomatoes and cherry tomatos mixed together cut into bite sized pieces. 

- 4 oz feta cheese crumbled

Mix oil and vin then add the rest of the ingredients to marinate for 15 mins, stirring occasionally. Then serve on a plate and top with Feta
